Essential Qualification:

- BAMS with valid registration, additional qualification of PG in hospital administration

Experience

- 15 years of experience in an Ayurveda hospital setting of that 5 years in leadership role

- Sound knowledge of hospital operations, NABH/quality accreditation standards, statutory compliance

- Administrative and team-leadership skills, since the role oversees clinical staff, IPD/OPD operations, and coordination with departments like nursing, pharmacy, and panchakarma units

- Positive communication skills for patient/family interaction and staff coordination

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
