Qualification: Graduate / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. / relevant Life Sciences qualification

Compensation: 3 Lakhs+ per annum, depending on experience and capability

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented and experienced Medical Representative to manage and develop the Central Mumbai territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular doctor calls and develop strong professional relationships.
- Generate prescriptions and improve product penetration within the assigned territory.
- Promote Mediva Healthcare products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain effective coverage and call frequency across the assigned doctor list.
- Identify and develop new doctors, clinics, hospitals and business opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with doctors to increase prescription generation.
- Monitor competitor activities, products and market developments.
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock movement and secondary sales.
- Conduct product detailing and communicate product information effectively.
- Participate in CME programs, doctor meetings and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily call reports, tour plans and sales MIS.
- Provide regular market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales and marketing strategies.

Preferred Therapeutic Experience Experience in any of the following therapeutic areas will be preferred:

- Paediatrics
- Orthopaedics
- Gynaecology / Obstetrics




- General Physician / Family Physician

Candidates having an established doctor network in Central Mumbai will be given preference.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience as Medical Representative / Business Executive preferred.
- Strong doctor and healthcare professional relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the Central Mumbai pharmaceutical market.
- Existing doctor contacts will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and product-presentation skills.
- Highly target-oriented and disciplined.
- Ability to independently manage the assigned territory.
- Good follow-up, reporting and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Central Mumbai.

Compensation CTC: 3 Lakhs+ per annum, depending on experience, existing CTC and candidate suitability.
