Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Specialist with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, mechatronic systems, robotics, and machine maintenance. The selected candidate will be based in Chennai (Guindy) and will travel to Russia on a rotational assignment to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and maintain mechatronic systems and automated machinery.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, actuators, servo motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
- Support machine commissioning, testing, calibration, and performance optimization.
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings.
- Coordinate with engineering and customer teams during project execution.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, and technical records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and operators when required.




- Travel to Russia on a rotational basis for project execution and customer support.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Robotics, and Electro-Mechanical Systems.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with Servo Drives, VFDs, HMI, Sensors, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults independently.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a rotational basis.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in manufacturing, automation, machine building, packaging, automotive, or industrial equipment.
- International project or field service experience will be an added advantage.

- Valid passport or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts and extended overseas assignments.
