Responsibilities:-

- Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.

- Recruits, selects, on board, trains, and mentors employees.

- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

- Achieving the monthly and annual targets in both production quantity and quality standards.

- Driving team performance through guidance, feedback, and process improvement.

- Implementing new process changes and addressing employee grievances promptly.

- Meeting internal and external audit and improvement standards.

- Monitoring team attendance and leave records to ensure maximum productivity.

- Communicating with other departments to align company goals with overall objectives.

- Sharing ideas and feedback with the top management to optimize results and improve quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,340.67 - ₹38,124.69 per month
