RSAJ & Co is looking for experienced Mechanical Engineer with robust expertise in, Bill Certification, Quantity Verification, and Contractor Bill Review. The selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing and certifying MEP project bills, verifying executed quantities, validating rates, checking contractual compliance, and identifying billing discrepancies and potential cost leakages.

? Key Responsibilities

- Review and certify Contractor RA Bills, Interim Bills, and Final Bills for mechanical and electrical works.
- Verify executed quantities against BOQs, approved drawings, specifications, work orders, and site measurements.
- Conduct physical site verification of mechanical and electrical works and compare actual execution with contractor claims.
- Review and validate Measurement Books (MBs), measurement sheets, quantity abstracts, and supporting documents.
- Ensure contractor claims comply with contracts, BOQs, drawings,



technical specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards.

? Eligibility•

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineer.

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in, Bill Certification, Quantity Surveying and project audit.

•Strong understanding of BOQs, engineering drawings, technical specifications, contracts, measurements, and billing procedures.
- Experience in infrastructure, power, industrial, manufacturing, MEP, or large construction projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD/engineering software.
- Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar,
