Role Description

System Design: Create detailed plans for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), power distribution, lighting, fire safety, water supply, and drainage

Site Supervision: Inspect construction work to verify that installations match approved engineering drawings and safety regulations

Cross-Team Coordination: Work alongside architects, structural engineers, and general contractors to prevent spatial conflicts using tools like Revit MEP and AutoCAD

Testing & Commissioning: Run diagnostic checks, pressure tests, and operational assessments before handing over the building

Sustainability & Audits: Optimize energy consumption, calculate load requirements,



and recommend eco-friendly building practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and engineering skills, with experience in integrated building services.
- Expertise in Plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary design for building projects.
- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering for building services, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.
- Experience in MEP Coordination across disciplines to avoid clashes, optimize routing, and ensure constructability.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate them into detailed MEP layouts.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations applicable to MEP design and installation.
- Competence in using CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar) for MEP modeling and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience with commercial and residential projects in India is an advantage.
