Key Responsibilities

System Design: Plan HVAC, piping, ventilation, and plumbing layouts using CAD or BIM software.

Technical Calculations: Compute load requirements, airflow, thermal performance, and material sizing.

Site Coordination: Work with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to align drawings with structural realities.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs follow local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Construction Support: Review submittals, inspect in office mechanical installations, and help with system commissioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Engineering.Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and other specialized 3D modeling tools.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and local construction codes.

Soft Skills: Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and cross-team communication.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
