Qualification B E ( Mech )

Experience 3 to 6 years

Must have into Solidworks (Must have design calculations,material selection)

Key Activities & Expectations

Design, Development, 3D CAD, 2D Drawing for various Mechanical components / sub systems / system / Assembly.

Should able to perform Analytical design calculations

Expertise on solid works platform 3D CAD modelling,

Expertise in design of fabrication/machining drawing preparations at

Sound knowledge of Machine Design, SOM, TOM.

Knowledge of welding and manufacturing processes.

Key Deliverables & Technical skills required

Design, Development of components, assemblies

Positive engineering drawing, reading and understanding (Component & assembly Level)

Expertise on solid works platform 3D CAD modelling

Valuable Knowledge of GD & T

Fare understanding of Analytical design calculations

Sound knowledge of assembly, sub-assemblies integration

Knowledge of Design Process, DFMEA, PLM process

Sound knowledge of Machine Design, SOM, TOM.

Other Skills Required

Knowledge of MS Excel / Word/ PowerPoint

Good at communication
