Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Measurement PCB Calibration Expert. The role involves performing precise calibration, testing, and validation of measurement PCBs used in analyzers, vending, and packaging equipment to ensure accuracy and consistency. Daily tasks include setting up and operating test benches, using electronic measuring instruments, documenting calibration results, and maintaining calibration records and standards.

The expert will troubleshoot measurement and PCB-related issues, collaborate with design and production teams on quality improvements, and support preventive maintenance and periodic recalibration schedules. The role also requires adherence to safety procedures, continuous improvement of calibration processes,



and support for training and guidance to colleagues on measurement best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in electronic measurement and calibration, including use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, and other test instruments.
- Hands-on experience with PCB testing, fault diagnosis, component-level inspection, and basic repair or adjustment of electronic boards.
- Knowledge of measurement standards, tolerances, and quality control procedures, with the ability to maintain accurate calibration documentation.
- Understanding of industrial equipment such as analyzers, vending machines, and packing machines, or similar electro-mechanical systems.
- Relevant technical education, such as a diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, technical specifications, and OEM manuals.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and a methodical approach to testing and calibration.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, quality, and engineering teams on-site.
- Prior experience in a calibration lab, manufacturing, or service environment is an advantage.
- Willingness to follow safety standards and company procedures, and to learn recent tools and methods as technology evolves.
