Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot and is open only to candidates currently located in Rajkot, with no relocation support. The MBA HR (Freshers) role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting in policy implementation. The role includes organizing interviews, communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders, and helping manage HR documentation and compliance.





The individual will also support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and basic HR analytics and reporting. The position offers exposure to core HR functions in a regulated financial services environment and provides a structured platform for learning and professional development.

Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of basic HR concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with HR information systems or databases.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and candidates.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and build a career in HR within the financial services sector.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or related areas is an advantage but not mandatory.
