About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maths Facilitator to deliver engaging, inquiry-based Mathematics instruction for our Middle School learners (Grades 6–8). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience teaching IB MYP and/or Cambridge curriculum in an international school environment and a passion for developing strong mathematical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in students.

(Experience should be in an international school teaching IB/Cambridge curriculum.)

key Responsibility :-

- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with IB MYP and/or Cambridge objectives.
- Develop students’ mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, logical thinking, and conceptual understanding.
- Use inquiry-based and student-centred teaching approaches to make Mathematics engaging and relevant.
- Connect mathematical concepts with real-life applications and interdisciplinary learning.
- Design and implement assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Encourage students to explore, question, analyse,



and apply mathematical concepts independently.
- Collaborate with other facilitators and academic teams to support cross-curricular learning.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging online learning setting.
- Stay updated with innovative Mathematics teaching strategies and educational technologies.

Qualification & Experience :-

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in an international school offering IB MYP and/or Cambridge curriculum.
- Strong subject knowledge in Middle School Mathematics.
- Prior experience teaching Grades 6–8 is preferred.
- Experience with inquiry-based and concept-driven learning approaches.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using digital tools and technology to enhance Mathematics learning.

Please note: We are seeking experienced facilitators with a proven track record of online and offline teaching in a school setting.

Work Mode: Full-time, Work-from-Home

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM

Grades: Middle School (Grades 6–8)
