We are looking for a qualified and motivated MHM (Master of Hospital Management) professional to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting hospital operations, administration, and coordination while ensuring smooth and productive healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day hospital administration and operations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, patients, and other healthcare staff.
- Support smooth functioning of different hospital departments.
- Maintain and monitor hospital records and documentation.
- Assist in patient services and address administrative concerns.
- Support staff coordination and scheduling activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Support quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues.
- Follow hospital standards and administrative procedures.

Eligibility & Skills
- Master's Degree in Hospital Management (MHM) is mandatory.
- 12 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in hospital administration / healthcare management will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of hospital operations and administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in hospital administration, healthcare operations, patient services, departmental coordination, and hospital management will be preferred.
