Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Additional certifications in automobile diagnostics or commercial vehicle servicing will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing Three-Wheeler Commercial Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues in three-wheeler commercial vehicles.
- Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Inspect vehicles to identify faults and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Handle engine overhauling, transmission repairs, clutch, brake, suspension, and electrical system maintenance.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure accurate fault detection.
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure timely completion of repair work.
- Guide and support junior technicians in technical troubleshooting and repair procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of service records and repair history.
- Follow workplace safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the workshop.
- Coordinate with service advisors and spare parts teams to ensure smooth service operations.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Three-Wheeler Commercial Vehicle systems and components.
- Expertise in engine diagnostics, overhauling, and mechanical repairs.
- Hands-on experience with electrical and electronic fault diagnosis.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and vehicle inspection procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
