Role Description The Marketplace Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Marketplace

Executive will manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces, ensuring accurate catalog information, compelling descriptions, and high-quality images. This role involves monitoring inventory, pricing, promotions, and order flow to maintain smooth operations and consistent brand presence. You will analyze sales performance and customer behavior, coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfillment,



and support digital campaigns and partnerships on marketplace platforms. Day-to-day activities include updating listings, resolving marketplace-related issues, managing dashboards and reports, and contributing ideas to enhance visibility and conversions.

Qualifications

- Experience managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms, including product listing, catalog management, and basic reporting.
- Strong data handling and analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets or marketplace dashboards for tracking performance and KPIs.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with operations, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Understanding of digital commerce, online merchandising, and marketplace best practices; fashion or accessories industry exposure is a plus.
- Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur and openness to learning new tools, systems, and marketplace processes.
