We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our business across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory, pricing, orders, promotions, marketplace performance, and day-to-day operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other relevant marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across online marketplace platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes.
- Monitor product visibility, sales, pricing, inventory, and overall marketplace performance.
- Manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products remain available across marketplaces.
- Manage pricing, offers, discounts, coupons, and marketplace promotions.
- Track sales, revenue, orders, conversion rates, returns, and other key performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product rankings and visibility.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace performance reports.




- Resolve marketplace-related operational issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams.
- Ensure product information and marketplace accounts comply with platform policies and guidelines.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or online retail operations.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of product listings, inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and marketplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with marketplace seller panels and dashboards.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.
- Experience with e-commerce catalog management and SEO.
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or order management systems.
- Experience handling multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
