We are looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing team in Mohali / Panchkula. This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are interested in building a career in marketing and gaining practical exposure to digital marketing, content creation, branding, campaign management, lead generation, and market research.

The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing team to support day-to-day marketing activities and contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns across various channels. The role requires someone creative, eager to learn, comfortable working in a team, and able to communicate ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Support email marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining social media content calendars.




- Prepare campaign reports and track key performance indicators to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Support branding activities and help maintain consistent brand communication across marketing channels.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest recent ideas for improving audience engagement.
- Use Canva or similar design tools to create basic marketing creatives when required.
- Maintain marketing records, campaign data, and documentation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and initiatives.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Solid interest in learning and developing a career in marketing.

Preferred Skills

- Creativity and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
