Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Marketing Team role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote destination weddings, stays, events, and corporate bookings. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, coordinating with sales and operations teams, managing digital and offline promotions,



and supporting brand-building initiatives.

Team members will handle customer inquiries related to marketing campaigns, assist in creating marketing materials, track performance metrics, and contribute to strategies that increase visibility and bookings. The position requires active collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and strong market positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests, partners, and internal teams effectively.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify target audiences, and develop impactful campaigns.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, conversions, and relationship building with clients and agencies.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Jaipur, manage time efficiently, and coordinate onsite and remote tasks.
- Familiarity with hospitality or events marketing, basic digital marketing tools, and social media platforms is beneficial.
