What’s This Role About?

If you enjoy connecting with institutions, supporting marketing campaigns, and building partnerships, this role is for you. We’re looking for someone who can contribute to lead generation, outreach, and collaboration with educational institutes and associations, while supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Reach out to schools through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

● Build and maintain relationships with school principals, coordinators, and other decision-makers.

● Onboard schools for Bhanzu's free Math webinars and other school engagement initiatives.





● Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and webinar confirmations with schools.

● Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective schools.

● Achieve weekly and monthly outreach, lead generation, and onboarding targets.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of webinars and school partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

● Strong desire to learn with a professional mindset.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Good knowledge of MS Office

● Willingness to work Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
