We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive who can generate new business, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into paying customers.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting our digital marketing services, approaching potential clients, conducting meetings, following up with prospects, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
- Pitch and sell XYORO TECH’s digital marketing services.
- Schedule client meetings and understand their business requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales/business targets.
- Maintain daily lead, follow-up, meeting, and conversion reports.
- Research competitors and identify new business opportunities.





Target-Based Role This is a performance and target-based position.

The selected candidate will be given a monthly business/revenue target, and incentives will be linked to successful conversions and target achievement.

Performance = Leads + Meetings + Conversions + Revenue

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to convince and close clients.
- Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance-based incentives.
