We're looking for someone who is a fresher or has 1-2 years of work experience. Motivation and enthusiasm to learn is more important than your qualifications.

The Position

You'll work directly with the founder on the parts of the business that touch customers: what they see, what they buy, and whether their order arrives correctly.

Roughly how the week splits:

Content & social media (~50%)

- Shoot and edit Instagram reels and photos — product, process, place. A phone and positive light, not a studio.
- Write captions in the brand's voice: specific, unhurried, rooted in Goa.
- Plan and run the content calendar; handle comments and DMs.
- Help with email campaigns and product page copy.

Operations (~30%)

- Handle basic office operations
- Track stock at stockists and flag reorders.
- Handle customer queries — order issues, product questions, returns.

Sales support (~20%)

- Build and maintain a prospect list of hotels, resorts, and boutiques.
- Reach out to hotel and business to drive B2B sales

Who this is for

- 0–2 years of experience.



Freshers are welcome and encouraged.
- You can already shoot and edit a decent reel on your phone. Show us.
- You write well in English. Clear beats clever.
- You're organised enough to be trusted with an inventory sheet and honest enough to flag a mistake the same day you make it.
- You're curious about ingredients, skin, sustainability, and small-business building — enough to read about them unprompted.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Goa. Comfortable travelling for shoots, stockist visits, and market days.

what the job is honestly like:

A small team means variety and it also means unglamorous work. Some weeks you'll be writing a launch campaign. Others you'll be packing gift boxes before a Diwali deadline. If you want a narrow, well-defined role with clear handoffs, this isn't it.

What you get in exchange: you'll see the whole business, not a slice of it. You'll learn brand building, D2C operations, paid media, and retail sales from the inside, at a speed no large company can offer. Where this role goes in two years depends largely on what you make of it.
