Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee-

- Planning and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen the hospital’s presence in Saharanpur and surrounding areas.
- This full-time, on-site role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and coordinating community outreach programs.
- The role includes collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to promote hospital services, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports on campaign effectiveness.
- The Marketing Manager will manage external vendors and agencies as needed, ensure consistent brand messaging,



and support patient education and engagement activities.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including experience with healthcare or service-based organizations.
- Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels, such as social media, local advertising, and community outreach.
- Ability to analyze marketing data, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare transparent, actionable reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, patient-focused marketing content.
- Proven organizational and project management abilities, including coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, or nonprofit marketing is preferred, along with familiarity with the Saharanpur region.
