About The Role

We're looking for a results-driven Online Marketing Manager with 4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience to lead our paid lead-generation efforts. This role goes beyond running campaigns — you'll work hand-in-hand with our sales team to make sure the leads you generate actually convert, not just perform well on a dashboard.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Video, Display)

Own audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing across creatives and landing pages





Partner closely with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion — and use that feedback to sharpen targeting and messaging

Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Lead Conversion Rate (%)

Manage ad budgets for maximum efficiency and ROI

Collaborate with content and design teams on high-performing ad creatives

What We're Looking For

4–6 years in digital/performance marketing

Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Strong grasp of Search, Video & paid campaign optimization

Comfortable with Google Analytics & campaign tracking tools

Analytical, data-driven mindset

Solid communicator — you'll be working as closely with Sales as with Marketing
