Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote iLED’s lighting solutions across hospitality, architectural, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline marketing activities, overseeing content creation and brand messaging, and collaborating with sales and product teams to support lead generation and customer engagement.

The Marketing





Manager will analyze market trends and competitor activities, manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership. The role also involves supporting events, exhibitions, and customer presentations to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, with experience in brand positioning and campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and basic marketing analytics.
- Ability to create and oversee marketing content, including presentations, brochures, website copy, and case studies.
- Experience in B2B marketing or industrial products; exposure to lighting, building materials, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated skills in market research, competitor analysis, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Comfort with using CRM and marketing tools; basic understanding of design tools (or ability to work with creative agencies) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
