About TLPThe Legal Project (TLP) is on a mission to make high-quality legal education accessible to every law student in India. Our lectures are free on YouTube, and our Test Series is the go-to prep tool for serious aspirants cracking competitive law exams.

We're hiring for CLAT Chapter by TLP, our dedicated vertical for CLAT aspirants, and we're building India's most student-loved legal learning brand. We want you on camera and in the room for it.

The RoleThis is an in-house content + on-camera role. We already have a marketing agency on retainer handling strategy, editing, and distribution, but great content starts with someone who can actually make it. That's you.

You'll be the face and the fuel: shooting reels and talking-head videos, capturing raw content, and working hand-in-hand with our agency so they always have outstanding footage to work with. You'll report to the founding team.

What You'll DoOn-camera content: Host and appear in reels, shorts, and talking-head videos for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn (CLAT tips, current affairs, exam hacks, behind-the-scenes)

Record & capture: Shoot raw footage on a phone/camera, capture b-roll, and keep a steady pipeline of content flowing

Work with our agency: Hand off raw footage to the retainer agency for editing and distribution, take their briefs, and turn strategy into shot content. You shoot,



they polish and post

Community & engagement: Help manage and grow our WhatsApp and Telegram student communities and respond to comments

What We're Looking ForComfortable on camera. You don't freeze up when the record button is on, and you can talk to a phone like it's a friend

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (law students strongly preferred, you'll get the audience instantly)

Active social media presence and a sharp eye for what's trending

Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi

Basic comfort with shooting on a phone; Canva / CapCut a bonus (heavy editing is handled by our agency)

Self-starter who can ship without hand-holding

What You GetStipend, ₹2,000-2,500 monthly

On-camera reps and a real personal brand: you'll build a body of content with your face on it

Direct mentorship from the founders + exposure to how a marketing agency actually runs A real portfolio of videos and campaigns
