Designation: Marketing Executive

Location: Ghod dhod road, Surat

Timings: 10 to 7 - 6 days working

Responsibilities:

Offline / Field Marketing

- Plan and execute monthly lead generation activities through colleges, universities, cafés, tuition classes, and societies
- Develop institutional tie-ups for seminars, workshops, and student outreach programs
- Execute co-branding activities with educational institutes and partner brands
- Plan BTL activities, student engagement drives, and on-ground promotions
- Monitor field team performance and ensure daily lead reporting

Online Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate with Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads agencies
- Plan monthly digital campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Track campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and optimize budgets
- Work closely with designers/content team for creatives, landing pages, and ads
- Ensure robust presence across social media platforms

Strategic Initiatives (Added Value)





- Develop referral marketing channels with tuition classes and student influencers
- Plan education seminars, fairs, and admission events
- Build corporate and community partnerships for brand visibility
- Identify new local marketing opportunities for student acquisition
- Work closely with counselling team to improve lead quality and conversions

Requisite Skills:

- Lead Generation & Field Marketing
- Institutional Tie-ups & Seminar Planning
- Digital Marketing Coordination (Google Ads, SEO, Meta)
- Team Handling & Target Achievement
- BTL Marketing & Student Outreach
- Reporting, MIS & Performance Tracking
- Strong communication and vendor management skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Education / EdTech / Overseas Education / Field Marketing
- Experience in managing both online and offline marketing
- Proven track record of achieving lead targets
- Ability to handle multi-city teams
