We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to handle field marketing activities across Thanjavur and Pudukkottai. The candidate will be responsible for visiting Schools and Colleges, building relationships with management, generating student leads, and conducting promotional campaigns to increase admissions and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit Schools, Colleges and Educational Institutions regularly across Thanjavur and Pudukkottai.

- Meet Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, Coordinators and Management to develop institutional relationships.

- Generate quality student leads through direct field marketing activities.

- Plan and conduct Scholarship Exams in schools and colleges for lead generation.

- Organize Lucky Draw Campaigns and other student engagement activities.

- Collect student details and maintain an accurate Lead Database.

- Coordinate with the Admission Counsellor Team and hand over generated leads for follow-up.

- Follow up with institutions for permission to conduct seminars, scholarship exams and promotional events.

- Conduct Career Guidance / Course Awareness Campaigns in educational institutions.

- Distribute brochures, posters and other promotional materials in potential locations.

- Identify current schools,



colleges and other potential areas for lead generation.

- Support Admission Campaigns, Events, Seminars and Promotional Activities.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

- Submit daily field visit reports, lead reports and campaign performance updates to the management.

- Track campaign results such as number of participants, leads generated, interested students and admissions converted.

- Coordinate closely with the admission and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma.

- 1–3 years of Field Marketing experience preferred.

- Experience in Education / Training Institute Marketing will be an added advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to approach and communicate confidently with School & College Management.

- Strong field networking and lead-generation skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Thanjavur & Pudukkottai areas.

- Must be target-oriented and capable of working independently.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
