Role Description The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for S.P Retail Ventures Limited. Day-to-day activities include assisting in market research, analyzing consumer trends, coordinating promotional campaigns, and working closely with sales and retail teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role involves managing marketing communication materials, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

This is a full-time,



on-site position based in Coimbatore, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and store operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to develop and support Market Planning and Marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Strong Market Research skills to gather, interpret, and present customer and competitor insights.
- Effective Communication skills, including written and verbal, for internal coordination and external brand messaging.
- Understanding of Sales processes and how marketing activities contribute to revenue growth.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with basic marketing tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Coimbatore, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Prior experience in retail, apparel, or consumer brands is preferred but not mandatory.
