About the Role

J2K Designs & Construction is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our construction, interior, and real estate services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.

- Meet architects, builders, contractors, real estate developers, and potential clients.

- Promote the company's construction and interior design services.

- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer requirements.

- Prepare presentations, quotations, and follow up with prospects.

- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

- Represent the company at exhibitions, events,



and promotional activities when required.

Eligibility

- 0-5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

- Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Interior Design, Paints, Building Materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Preferred Candidate

- Robust networking and relationship-building skills.

- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Freshers with excellent communication and marketing aptitude are encouraged to apply.
