– Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Media) Position: Performance Marketing Executive – Paid Media Location: Ranchi Experience: Minimum 1 year Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in paid media and digital advertising. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive Sales, conversions, and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms .

Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of advertising spend. Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning. Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS .

Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and achieve business objectives. Create and manage lead generation, traffic, conversion, and remarketing campaigns. Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.

Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.



Identify opportunities for improving campaign efficiency and ROI. Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, targeting options, and digital marketing trends.

RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising. Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads . Strong understanding of paid campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.

Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and conversion tracking. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience with lead generation campaigns will be an added advantage.
