Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the marketing and sales activities of our FMCG business. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, developing new market opportunities, maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors, and achieving sales and marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for FMCG products.
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, and other sales points regularly.
- Identify and develop new customers, retailers, distributors, and market opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors.
- Promote products and communicate product features, pricing, offers, and schemes to customers.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
- Collect market feedback and provide reports to the management.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and distribution teams to ensure smooth product availability.
- Ensure proper product visibility and placement at retail outlets.
- Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and marketing targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly market visit and sales reports.
- Follow up on customer orders and outstanding payments when required.




- Identify customer requirements and communicate them to the management.
- Maintain accurate records of market visits, customer details, orders, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of FMCG sales and marketing.
- Ability to build and maintain retailer/distributor relationships.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Valuable problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Qualification

- Any Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with a background in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or FMCG will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales/marketing preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Salary

- ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus applicable incentives.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates who have experience working with FMCG products, distributors, supermarkets, retail stores, or general trade.
- Candidates with a valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
