Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The Marketing

Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and offline initiatives, to promote the company’s renewable energy solutions. Daily responsibilities may include coordinating with sales and operations teams, preparing marketing materials and presentations, managing social media and online presence, and assisting with events, customer outreach, and lead generation. The role involves tracking campaign performance, maintaining marketing databases, and contributing ideas to improve brand awareness and engagement.

Executive is expected to collaborate closely with colleagues, maintain accurate documentation, and follow internal processes and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information to internal teams and clients.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, such as branding, positioning, and customer segmentation, with interest in digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Proficiency with common office and productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with online platforms.
- Ability to analyze data at a basic level, interpret campaign results, and prepare concise reports and summaries for management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, ability to work effectively in a team, and willingness to coordinate with sales, operations, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest or experience in the renewable energy or sustainability sector is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and engaging directly with local clients and stakeholders.
