IDREA – Renewable Energy & Sustainability is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Events Manager to strengthen our visibility, outreach, and stakeholder engagement in decarbonization, clean energy transition, climate action, and sustainable development.

? Location: Chennai? Experience: 3+ Years? Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or equivalent
? Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute conferences, exhibitions, marathons, tree plantation drives, workshops, webinars, and other outreach events.
- Develop and manage an annual calendar of climate, energy, sustainability, and decarbonization events.
- Coordinate with government representatives, industry leaders, academics, NGOs, speakers, panelists, and other stakeholders.
- Manage event branding, stall design, promotional materials, registrations, logistics, and vendors.
- Prepare and manage event & marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Build strong relationships with industry associations, media, event organizers, consultants, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Support the promotion of reports,
white papers, policy briefs, newsletters, and research outputs.
- Identify opportunities for articles, interviews, speaking engagements, podcasts, and media coverage.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, printers, digital marketing agencies, and other vendors.
? What We’re Looking For✔️ 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing / Communications / Events / Stakeholder Engagement
✔️ Strong event planning and execution skills
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities
✔️ Experience managing multi-stakeholder events and campaigns
✔️ Solid coordination, budgeting, negotiation, and vendor-management skills
✔️ Interest in climate change, renewable energy, sustainability, and decarbonization
