Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing, Cold Calling & Digital Marketing Assistant to support our business development and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Fulcrum Shipping & Logistics services.
- Identify potential clients in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, agro-specialty, poultry and other EXIM businesses.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, online research, LinkedIn and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Business Development team for further follow-up.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database and follow-up records.
- Schedule meetings and calls with prospective customers.

Digital Marketing

- Assist in managing the company’s LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Also manage social media (LinkedIn account) of team members.




- Create and coordinate content for posts, carousels, videos, reels and other digital marketing activities.
- Support LinkedIn lead generation and prospect research.
- Assist in preparing email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach and lead-generation performance.
- Research industry trends, competitors and relevant logistics topics for content creation.

Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with recent customers.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales, marketing or digital marketing will be preferred.

Salary – 18k to 20k per month
