Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Patna. This position supports the marketing and sales activities of Prateek Enterprises by assisting with daily tasks such as conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating promotional campaigns. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to track leads, maintain customer records, and support customer service interactions.

The Marketing

Assistant will help manage communication with clients,



gather feedback from the market, and contribute to basic sales and marketing reporting. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective representation of the company’s products.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and report on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and support positive customer experiences.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, support sales presentations, and contribute to promotional activities.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or technical products, preferably in cable and rack solutions, is beneficial.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.
