The Business Development & Marketing Trainee will support the Asia sales and marketing teams with data analysis, market research, and digital marketing activities. This role provides hands-on experience in sales support and regional marketing.

Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
- Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- Assist with regional digital marketing communications and campaign tracking
- Help maintain sales and databases, dashboards, and internal documentation

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data, Business, or related fields
- Robust interest in data analysis, sales operations, and market research
- Proficient in Excel (required); knowledge of Python or similar tools is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Prior internship or project experience in data is an advantage
