- Build and manage relationships with artists, celebrities, creators, influencers, media, brands, and strategic partners.
- Identify and pitch collaboration opportunities that align with our vision.
- Lead outreach, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate end-to-end partnerships—from the first conversation to signed agreements and successful execution.
- Work closely with Legal, Marketing, Production, Music, and Leadership teams.
- Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and brand communications.
- Build and maintain a strong network across the entertainment, media, and creator ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in PR, Artist Relations, Talent Management, Strategic Partnerships, Media, or Business Development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.




- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
