- Create and maintain assembly work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Support manufacturing teams remotely by resolving process and assembly related issues.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to improve assembly processes.
- Evaluate tooling, fixtures, and workstation ergonomics to enhance productivity and safety.
- Support engineering change implementation and process standardization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Train production teams on current processes, tools, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Assembly process and manufacturing knowledge.
- Work instruction and SOP development.
- Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone).
- Understanding of ergonomics and time study principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
