The Role

As Manager, Talent Acquisition - India, you will lead a team of Talent Advisors and deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities and workforce plans. You will serve as a trusted partner to business and HR leaders, strengthen team capability, and drive a consistent, data-led and candidate-focused talent acquisition model. The role combines people's leadership, stakeholder partnership, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Advisors, setting clear goals and supporting career development.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to understand workforce priorities, hiring demand and critical skill requirements, and translating these into actionable talent acquisition plans.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders and ensure each portfolio receives consistent, proactive and consultative talent advisory support.
- Guide to Talent Advisors on intake discussions, sourcing strategy, talent mapping, selection decisions, offer management and closing approaches.
- Balance people-management responsibilities with ownership of selected critical, niche or leadership hiring, as business needs require.




- Monitor hiring delivery, workload distribution, pipeline health, requisition ageing, quality of hire, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction; proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
- Use internal data, external market insights, and talent intelligence to advise leaders on talent availability, location, competition, and hiring risks.
- Ensure hiring activity follows approved governance, compensation, offer-approval, documentation and compliance requirements in India.
- Drive adoption of applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, automation and standard processes, reducing manual effort and improving data quality.
- Partner with HR COEs and cross-functional teams on workforce planning, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, process improvement and change initiatives.
- Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and recommendations through regular business reviews and stakeholder updates.
- Create an inclusive, team-oriented and accountable team culture focused on learning, recognition, and continuous improvement.

What We Look For In a Candidate

- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience,



including at least 5 years of people-management experience.
- Experience leading Talent Advisors or recruitment teams in India within a complex, rapid-paced or multinational environment.
- Proven ability to translate business and workforce requirements into practical hiring strategies and delivery plans.
- Strong coaching, performance management and team-development capability, with experience building accountable and engaged teams.
- Demonstrated stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence senior business and HR leaders using data and sound judgement.
- Hands-on experience across end-to-end hiring, including niche or critical skills, sourcing strategy, assessment, offer management and candidate closing.
- Working knowledge of the India talent market, employment practices and recruitment compliance requirements.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, analytics and automation tools to improve hiring outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and lead effectively through change.
