Hiring: Associate Director – Supply Chain

Khanal Foods is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Director – Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, warehousing coordination, and operational execution.

Key Requirement

We are primarily looking for candidates with strong experience in S2C / D2C / consumer brand supply chains, particularly those who have worked in fast-growing FMCG, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or consumer-facing brands.

Candidates should have hands-on experience managing supply chain operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and be comfortable working across planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics, finance, and sales functions.

Experience Required

- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management & Planning
- Robust experience in S2C / D2C / consumer brand supply chain operations
- Preferred experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or other fast-growing consumer businesses
- Experience in scaling supply chain operations and building processes is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and inventory control
- Drive stock availability, fill rates and forecasting accuracy
- Manage replenishment and stock movement processes




- Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, finance and sales teams
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Develop scalable supply chain processes, systems and reporting mechanisms
- Monitor inventory health, working capital and operational performance
- Build and improve supply chain processes suitable for a fast-growing consumer brand

Educational Background

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred.

- Experience scaling supply chain operations in fast-growing businesses
