Position: Asst.Manager /Manager/ Sr. Manager- Integrated Communications

Job location: New Delhi/ South Delhi

Work set-up: Hybrid, with a 5-day working week

Comms Craft is looking to hire a dedicated professional who is committed to building a solid career in the field of integrated communications and PR.

The ideal candidate must possess valuable work ethic, professionalism, proactiveness, and deep sense of accountability towards the workplace and their responsibilities. This role directly reports into the Founder at Comms Craft.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Account servicing for clients at Comms Craft:

- Actively handle all aspects of servicing the clients at our firm – assistance with liaison as well as planning/ implementation of key brand PR initiatives, month-on-month activities planned
- Take proactive charge on external outreach and regular pitching with – media and influencer networks, as well as brands in the network
- Develop, identify and coordinate – new opportunities to position our client brands
- Create regular content for – PR pitch content notes, press releases, media queries, and more
- Research work on – PR and market intelligence, studies/surveys across relevant industries, awards and PR calendars, new media and beyond
- Handle documentation work – monthly reports, campaign monitoring and analysis, and beyond
- Regular media tracking and updates – print, digital and social media

2) Internal work for Comms Craft:

- Active involvement in internal communication – ideate, interact, and coordinate with the team and management




- Secure opportunities – to position the firm and top management on industry platforms
- Contribute focused content on our social media pages
- Assist on all business development and research initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILL SET:

- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications or Post Graduate in Mass Communications
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the industry
- Basic knowledge of working with luxury/ lifestyle/ hospitality sector brands
- Passion and focus to add value in synergy with our firm’s standards and goals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and precision-oriented execution
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude to learn + contribute

Pay: ₹450,000.00 per year
