We’re Hiring | Manager / Sr. Manager – Admissions Outreach (PG)

FLAME University is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and highly driven professional to join our Admissions team as Manager / Sr. Manager – Admissions Outreach (PG).

The role will be responsible for driving outreach, engagement and conversions for FLAME’s postgraduate programmes, including MBA and other PG offerings. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, confident public speaker and passionate about higher education and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive lead generation, outreach and conversion for postgraduate admissions.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans across colleges, universities, coaching institutes and student communities.
- Conduct college presentations, seminars, webinars, counselling sessions and information sessions across India.
- Counsel prospective students and parents on FLAME’s programmes, admissions process, career opportunities and overall student experience.
- Build and strengthen relationships with undergraduate colleges, CAT/XAT/NMAT/GMAT coaching institutes, education consultants and other strategic partners.
- Represent FLAME University at education fairs, MBA events, conferences and outreach initiatives.




- Develop and maintain a strong prospective-student pipeline through effective follow-ups and engagement.
- Monitor outreach, lead and conversion metrics and leverage CRM/data insights to improve the admissions funnel.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions and other internal teams to strengthen the PG admissions strategy and brand presence.
- Be willing to travel extensively across India for outreach activities and events.

Candidate Profile

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in admissions, student recruitment, outreach, business development or higher education.
- Experience in PG admissions or the higher education sector will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Solid counselling, negotiation, relationship-management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to drive lead-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM/MIS and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
