Manager / Senior Manager – Strategic Alliances

Up to ₹20 LPA Senior Fintech Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

About The Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Strategic Alliances professional to drive partnership-led growth for the company's Digital Gold business. The ideal candidate will possess robust relationship management capabilities and a proven track record of building strategic partnerships. This role will be responsible for identifying new alliance opportunities, managing key partner relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Partner Identification & Evaluation: Identify and evaluate potential strategic alliances aligned with the company’s digital gold products.
- Research: Research emerging trends and players in fintech, e-commerce, NBFC, and payment ecosystems.
- New Partner Acquisition: Develop and execute a pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
- Onboarding Process: Own the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including proposal, negotiation, and integration.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Track market developments and competitor strategies to inform partnership approaches.




- Reporting: Deliver periodic reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Revenue & Growth Focus: Develop partnerships that directly contribute to business growth, revenue targets, and customer reach. Define joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, Legal, and Marketing to deliver seamless partner experiences.
- Relationship Management: Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners to drive long-term engagement and value creation. Conduct regular performance reviews, optimizations, and business planning with partners.

Educational Qualification
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. Relevant experience and strong industry network within BFSI will be highly preferred.
