Manager – Project Finance /n We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Manager – Project Finance to join our Business Development team based in Bangalore, India. This role will play a key part in executing and structuring large-scale infrastructure and development transactions, including greenfield and brownfield projects, refinancing, acquisitions, divestments, and stake sales. /n Candidate Background /n We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in: /n /n

/n /n Key Responsibilities: /n Transaction Execution & Financial Leader /n /n

- shipBuild, audit, maintain and supervise the development of complex financial models for large infrastructure projects.

/n

- Lead financial modelling workstreams across greenfield and brownfield developments, refinancings, acquisitions, divestments and stake sales.

/n

- Ensure models comply with project agreements, financing documents, accounting and tax regulations across jurisdictions.

/n

- Conduct financial analysis, optimization and business valuation to support business development and bid teams.

/n

- Prepare investment memoranda, internal approvals documentation, and Board-level presentations.

/n

- Support economic analysis and financial structuring optimization for existing assets (including impairment tests and performance reviews.

/n /n Fundraising & Financial Structuring /n /n

- Lead and support fundraising activities,



including structuring and negotiations with banks, export credit agencies and financial institutions.

/n

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions across assigned geographies.

/n

- Coordinate due diligence, tax, accounting and modelling workstreams with internal teams and external advisors.

/n /n Team Leadership & Governance /n /n

- Work closely with Transaction Managers (Executive Manager / Director) in project execution.

/n

- Coordinate with Business Development, Legal, Technical, Finance and external stakeholders to ensure timely transaction delivery.

/n

- Provide financial advisory guidance to subsidiaries and support Board/Audit Committee requirements.

/n

- Train and oversee Managers (M1) and interns within the team.

/n /n Qualifications & Experience: /n Education: /n /n

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related

/n

- field. MBA, CA, CFA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications preferred.

/n /n Experience: /n /n

- 6 + years of relevant experience specifically in project finance within developers, banks, financial institutions, advisory firms or consultancies.

/n

- Proven track record in building and managing advanced financial models.

/n

- Strong exposure to project finance structuring, M&A; and/or fundraising.

/n

- Strong negotiation skills with investors and lenders.

/n

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

/n

- Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills.
