Role Description The Manager–Pre Press is responsible for overseeing all pre-press operations, ensuring that artwork, layouts, and files are prepared accurately and on schedule for production. This full-time, on-site role in Faridabad includes managing a pre-press team, coordinating with design, production, and client service teams, and maintaining workflow standards for color management, proofing, and file integrity.

The role involves reviewing and approving print-ready files, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing processes for efficiency, and ensuring compliance with internal quality and safety guidelines. The manager will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify specifications, manage timelines, implement best practices, and support continuous improvement in pre-press capabilities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Daily routines include overseeing all operations within the pre-press department,



ensuring seamless and efficient workflows, strictly adhering to production targets and quality norms.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team responsible for diverse pre-press requirements of different line of customer segments and customers.
- Champion error-free, exact, and quality pre-press output, collaborating closely with the printing and post-press teams to meet customer requirements and uphold our company's quality framework
- Formulate and re-define policies, create SOPs, workflows, quality audit protocols, and job responsibilities to achieve excellence in pre-press operations on a continuous basis.
- Prepare and promptly submit reports and inputs to management about productivity and Performance of various functions within department.
- Leverage a minimum of 15 years' hands-on experience in all facets of pre-press activities, including art working, design management, creative production, imaging, color correction, and graphics design applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in pre-press workflow software, imposition, color management software, RIP, CTP, Proofing Systems, Plate Processors, networking, online platforms, and typesetting.
- Possess the expertise to troubleshoot alongside other departments, ensuring zero quality deviations, color management issues, or compromises in the precision and functionality of final printed products.
- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve peak productivity, meet deadlines, and foster harmonious collaboration with other departments, exemplifying professionalism and exceptional customer experience.
- As a team leader, interact with world-renowned publishers, print buyers, and corporate clients, manage vendor relationships, and ensure vendor satisfaction.
- Submit reports and MIS to senior management about productivity, performance grading of projects and resources etc on a regular basis.
- Also being responsible for the corrective and preventive actions implementations as suggested by quality control department
