They bridge strategic objectives with operational execution, balancing cost-effectiveness with output. Key Responsibilities

- Production & Operations: Plan and coordinate production schedules, manage workflow, oversee machinery, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct checks, maintain equipment, and ensure adherence to all legal/environmental regulations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate employees and supervisors; resolve conflicts.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, identify cost-reduction measures, and report on financial performance.




- Quality Control: Monitor processes and performance metrics to ensure quality standards are met.
- Inventory & Logistics: Oversee raw material replenishment, shipments, and storage.
