Critical role for the company as it entails handling some of our biggest OEM Partners and manage subvention revenue for CD vertical.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Meeting & exceeding business goals/targets in different products i.e. Loans &

• Insurance bundled/Non-Bundled through Lead fulfillment &

• Field Activity on existing Data Base. Manage, control & own all channels businesses.

- Recruit, retain, manage & build a productive team of Off Roll employees.
- Maintain delinquency on the portfolio, in line with the Product Segment.
- Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaints.
- Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics.
- Learning and Understanding of CRM & lending system - Salesforce.com &

• Finnone is a must.

- Effectively engage with Credit, Operations &

• Risk teams.





- Hygiene Management - This forms the crucial part of car refinance business - effective monitoring and PDD Collection.
- Tracking cases at every stage to have better control.
