Job Title: Manager Infrastructure- Business Development & Operations

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Department: Infrastructure & Setting (I&E;)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Education: B. E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: Min 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle tender review, RFQs, bid management, and techno-commercial proposal preparation.
- Develop cost estimates, pricing, and commercial proposals.
- Manage client relationships, negotiations, and business development activities.




- Coordinate manpower deployment and project execution for TPI/PMC/QA-QC assignments.
- Ensure timely billing, invoice submission, and payment follow-up.
- Support operations and project coordination for infrastructure projects.

Requirements

- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Experience: 15+ years
- Experience in Third Party Inspection (TPI), Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC).
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure projects such as Roads, Bridges, Airports, Buildings, Dams, Warehouses, and Industrial Construction.
