Job Summary

As an FX Options Manager, you ll oversee the day-to-day activities within the FX options space, ensuring trades are handled accurately and risks are well managed. The role requires a strong understanding of FX derivatives, market dynamics, and risk frameworks, along with the ability to lead a team and work closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily FX options processes, ensuring trades are booked, validated, and settled accurately

- Monitor and control risk exposure, escalating any issues in a timely manner

- Ensure all activities are completed within defined SLAs and timelines, and continuously look to improve turnaround times

- Act as a key point of contact for traders, sales, and internal stakeholders

- Handle exceptions, breaks, and queries, ensuring efficient resolution

- Drive process improvements and strengthen controls to reduce operational risk

- Lead, coach, and develop team members, supporting their performance and growth

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide updates on risks and issues

Qualifications / Experience

- Bachelor s degree in finance, or a related field

- Strong experience in FX options / FX derivatives (typically 4-6 years)





- Proven people management experience, including leading teams, performance management, and coaching individuals

- Solid understanding of pricing, market movements, and risk management concepts

- Experience working in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines

- Familiarity with control frameworks, regulatory requirements, and operational risk

- Strong stakeholder management experience across front office and support teams

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables), MS Word, and PowerPoint

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Bangalore with hybrid working.
