Role Description The Manager role at FNBC is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring that service standards and business targets are consistently met. This role includes monitoring performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and implementing efficient workflows to optimize productivity.

The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support staff development through coaching and feedback,



and address escalated customer or operational issues in a timely manner. The position also involves reporting to senior leadership, assisting in strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, people management, and performance supervision in a business or financial services environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and the use of office productivity tools and business software to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or a fast-paced workplace, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of integrity and compliance.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in Surat or similar markets is preferred but not mandatory.
