Job Title: Manager Financial Reporting & Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager – Financial Reporting & Accounting to lead statutory and consolidated financial reporting, automation initiatives, and technical accounting matters. The role requires hands-on ownership of monthly and quarterly Ind AS financial statements, driving automation in consolidation processes, supporting ERP implementations, and providing managerial support on US taxation and technical accounting under Ind AS and US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and review monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, including schedules and disclosures.
- Lead consolidated financial reporting, including inter-company eliminations, related party transactions, and group adjustments.
- Drive automation of financial reporting and consolidation processes such as RPT eliminations, deferred tax workings, and reconciliations.
- Oversee deferred tax computations including DTA/DTL, roll-forwards, and reconciliations.
- Manage and optimize month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Act as finance lead for ERP implementation and enhancements including requirement finalization, UAT,



and stabilization.
- Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting, particularly within automated and ERP-driven environments.
- Provide managerial support on US Federal, State, and Use tax matters and coordinate with external tax advisors.
- Lead evaluation and documentation of technical accounting matters under Ind AS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external consultants for financial and compliance matters.
- Review and mentor team members, ensuring technical accuracy and process discipline.
- Provide financial analysis and management reporting to support business decision-making.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS Education: CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed Tier I or Tier II institute.

Technical Proficiency

- Robust knowledge of Ind AS, consolidation principles, and deferred tax accounting.
- Working knowledge of Ind AS and understanding to US taxation concepts (Federal, State, Use tax).
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to automation tools.
- Ability to prepare and review technical accounting memos and audit documentation.
